The publication includes 24 full-page reproductions of advertisement pages of magazines. On each two-page spread, we see a Marlboro advertisement in which the face of the Marlboro cowboy has been replaced by the same cut-out image of a pink rose. The facing page shows the back of each magazine page in which various German-language advertisements and classifieds are interrupted by the rose’s silhouette. All the images are inserted as RECTO-VERSO-collages.
